Leaving your property (house, apartment, boat, mobile home, and caravan) unattended can be fraught with anxiety: Who will feed the dog? What about your home? The car? That bill?!
 
Nazaré Property Services takes care of things while you’re not there. And prepare your home coming.  
Our goal is simple: To offer you total peace of mind while you’re out of town—whether on holiday or business, for what reasons ever, for a day, a week, a month, or a year.
We are a (multilingual, English, German, Portuguese) Dutch couple living in Nazaré for many years now.

As part of our service we visit your property as often as you wish, we suggest minimal once a week, and ever when the weather situation it requires, heavy rain, storm, and flooding.

That way we quickly indentify any problems such as leaks, a broken windows, a broken roof tiles,  etc.

Unoccupied properties are considered higher risk mainly because:

A full postbox, you’re car always on the same parking spot, closed blinds for a long time, give a nice indication for uninvited guests.

However, in addition to the above risks, having property near the coast has another potential problem. Closed and unventilated properties can suffer from terrible mildew and mould.

Not only is this damaging for the walls, furniture, electronic equipments, clothing, it also leaves a distinctive and unpleasant odor which can take months to go.

For all these reasons, it is important to have your property regularly, checked, ventilated.

GUEST SERVICE

If you are renting out your property, you will want to have someone on hand to deal with your guests.

Having your property cleaned and prepared for your arriving guests

Provide them with information how to get to Nazare, if its by car, bus, or whatever means.

Welcome them at arrival in your property to hand over keys, and help them with info in and around the house.

Being available  for your guests in case of any emergency.

If required providing services like, extra cleaning, transfer from and to the airport, babysitting, etc.

Since Nazaré Property Services offers tailor made services, prices and conditions will be offered on an individually base.
