Alto do Moinho is a fabulous new condominium of only 48 apartments spread over 2 buildings, each 3 stories high. It is positioned in an elevated and peaceful location, the open roof terraces offering fantastic views over the traditional fishing town and resort of Nazare, to the historical clifftop village of Sitio and the ocean beyond. Nazare, with its harbour, marina, superb beach, numerous cafes, shops and restaurants, has all the ingredients for a great holiday with an authentic Portuguese atmosphere. Only 10 minutes walk away, it is linked to the Sitio headland by a funicular railway. Our luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor, and each room benefits from direct access to one of the totally enclosed private terraces. The rear terrace catches the morning sun, while the front one, bathed in afternoon sunshine, overlooks the beautiful pool and garden area. Both terraces are safe for children, the front one having a lockable gate, with access down steps to the pool area.

ACCOMMODATION

Living.

 

Spacious lounge/dinning room. Patio doors leading to large furnished terrace overlooking pool. Two leather sofas (one a double bed), dinning table seating six, sideboard, coffee table. 32" HD ready flat screen TV. DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with king size bed, built in wardrobe and electronic safe.
Bedroom 2 with two large single beds, built in wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have patio doors, leading to a private terrace - great for a breakfast in the sun.

Kitchen:

Large modern fully equipped kitchen with table seating six. Patio doors leading onto furnished terrace overlooking the pool. Oven, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, etc.

Bathroom:

Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, washbasin and shaving point

Linen, towels,  extra cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are included (not beach towels). The property is cleaned before and after use, at no extra cost. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge upon request. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials provided for your convenience.

Other Entry to apartment via secure video entry phone. Free acces to a communal gym with shower and wc.

Notes on accommodation
Sorry, no pets. Smoking not permitted inside the apartment. Central heating is available during the cooler months at no extra cost. A travel cot, high chair, baby blankets, plastic cups, plates, knives, forks, spoons are provided for our younger guests.

Access to the apartment via a stairway. Unsuitable for wheelchair users. Due to its elevated position, access to the complex is via a steep roadway. Car hire is therefore recommended.

 

Outside

Large furnished, fully enclosed private terraces to front and rear of apartment. The front terrace has a lockable gate leading down to the pool area, making it safe for children. Shared swimming pool and childrens pool are located in a lovely lawned area, discretely fenced and gated for safety. Pool showers, sunloungers, seating and wc's. Traditional brick built barbecues with seating are located at ground level, with additional barbecues on the extensive open roof terraces.
Private parking available to front and rear of apartment complex.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
