Our stylishly furnished 3 double bedrooms, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably. Our ground floor position means easy access to condominium's garden and swimming pools. Our apartment is uniquely designed with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, featuring an expansive, granite breakfast bar top. The kitchen is very well-equipped being keen cooks ourselves. One of our favourite things to do when we are in Nazare is to buy fresh seafood from the local market and have a barbecue on the roof terrace of the condominium, sipping port whilst drinking in views of the Atlantic. Nazare's seafood cuisine is a definite highlight (the octopus salad is to die for!) Nazare is ideal for families with its stunning beaches, furnicular, adventure water park, boating, surfing, fishing and hiking on well-established trails through aromatic pine forests and stunning coastline.

Notes on prices
Prices are in euros for the property per week.
Discounts available for long winter lets, multi-apartment rental, returning guests and advanced booking of 6 months or more. Please note that pricing is all inclusive except for November to March when utilities will be charged separately.
Security deposit of 200 euros is required in all periods except for Christmas and New Year when we ask for a 500 euro deposit. This deposit is fully-refundable.

ACCOMMODATION

Living Room

DVDs, games and children's toys are stored in the second and third bedrooms and guests are welcome to use them.

Kitchen

Spacious open plan kitchen with lovely granite counter top and 3 bar stools looking into lounge. Oven, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, iron/ironing board and hand blender.

Bathrooms

Modern bathroom with power shower, washbasin with mixer tap, wc and bidet.
Second bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, washbasin with mixer tap and storage.
Both bathrooms have heated towel rails, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 with queen bed, 2 side tables and lamps and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, 1 side table and lamp. Can fit 1 more single bed.
Bedroom 3 with 1 single bed and 1 trundle bed, with further space for cot or single mattress.

Cleaning, towels, linen.

Bedlinen and towels, but not beach towels, are provided. Cleaning is provided before and after use. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge upon request.

Notes on accommodation
Strictly no smoking in the apartment and no pets please.
This is a family-friendly apartment so we have everything a family with young children would need. Travel cot can be provided at no extra cost upon request. Please note that pools will not be open in the off-peak months which are from mid-October to 1 May.
Accessibility
Sorry not suitable for wheelchair access or mobility restricted persons as there is stairs to the apartment.

Outside
Excellent parking facilities, privat pool, sun loungers, grassed area with garden furniture.

Large enclosed private patios to front and rear of apartment. The front patio has a lockable gate leading down to the pool area, making it safe for children. Shared swimming pool and children's pool are set in a garden area with pretty flower beds, fenced and gated for safety. Outdoor pool showers, sun loungers and seating around pools. Traditional brick-built barbecues with seating are located at ground level with additional barbecues on the open roof terraces.

Private, free parking available to front and rear of apartment complex.

Booking notes
A deposit of 15% is required at time of booking and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £150 against damages/breakages is required when balance is due.
